What is your favorite pasalubong in the form of food or dessert? Mostly the pasalubong that we have always received are breads, pastries, or small cakes and goodies. But most of them, the one I love the most is this cute little Ube Cheese!
Ube Cheese turns to be one of the favorite Filipino desserts or the so-called panghimagas. Their colors and sweetness compliment one another! It can also be said that ube (taro) and cheese are perfect loveteam! They are sweet couple actually!
When we had a meal in one of the popular hotels in the Metro, this cute little ube cheese was served to us! It's a piece of ube cake topped and wrapped with plenty, with flakes of cheese!

This tiny ube cheese is best for breakfast, merienda, or light meal. It's sweetness will give you more energy to start your morning work! It can best paired with coffee, tea, or milk. But when you're out of budget, a simple glass of water can already matched its sweetness!
