Who loves pasta? Do you prefer the red sauce pasta such as the spaghetti or the white sauce pasta such as in carbonara? How about the level of cheese on top of it? Or do you want the cheese melt such as in the baked macaroni?
Well just like many of you, I also love pasta! And spaghetti is my favorite since my childhood! During my childhood, spaghetti is always the flavor of every occasions - birthday, Christmas, new year, anniversaries...spaghetti is every where!
When I grew up, I got the chance to meet and taste the other variance of pasta. These includes baked macaroni or baked mac, the carbonara, the pesto, and the lasagna! Lasagna and pesto takes the second and third place of my favorite pasta next to spaghetti!
And since we are talking about pasta and lasagna, let me share with you my very own creation, my version of our favorite lasagna. And here it is below:
Then what makes this lasagna unique or different from the usual lasagna?!
Well, my version is more cheesy and more saucy! I've put more melted cheese on its sauce making it more cheesy and creamier! And of course on top of it, I sprinkle more crushed cheese on it! And with the use of my favorite tomato sauce brand in the bottle, my version of lasagna becomes more saucy and flavorful!
So what can you say about my version of lasagna? Do you love it more than the ordinary lasagna we usually bought at the malls or at your favorite food chains?
